1000L Single-Stage Reverse Osmosis System is a small industrial-grade water treatment system, which adopts single-stage RO membrane technology, and can stably produce 1000L/H high-purity water (desalination rate of 95%-98%).

At the same time, the system is equipped with intelligent PLC control, energy-efficient high-pressure pumps and corrosion-resistant stainless steel piping, supporting variable frequency adjustment and modular expansion (can be upgraded to two-stage RO or EDI).

The system's perfect pre-treatment unit (quartz sand + activated carbon + softening) can adapt to raw water with conductivity ≤ 2000us/cm, and working pressure 0.4-1.6MPa.
1. Core Features
- Stable water production with large flow rate: it adopts RO membrane with high desalination rate, and the desalination efficiency of 95%~98% can be realized by single-stage treatment, which is suitable for small-scale water demand.
- Intelligent control system: it is equipped with touch screen or PLC automation management, which can monitor the flow, pressure and water quality in real time, and support automatic flushing, fault alarm and data recording.
- Energy saving and consumption reduction: Energy efficient high pressure pumps are designed, and the optimized design of piping can reduce energy loss. Frequency control can be selected.
- Corrosion-resistant structure: The main piping of the system is made of stainless steel, and the membrane housing is made of fiberglass or stainless steel to adapt to the complex water quality environment.
- Flexible expansion: Dual-stage RO or integrated EDI module can be selected to further enhance the water quality to ultrapure water standard (≤10μS/cm).
